IT Systems Administrator

We re seeking an IT Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technology support resource for both corporate staff and franchise locations. This role blends end-user support and infrastructure administration. You ll provide day-to-day desktop/help desk support while also assisting with server, network, and cloud administration.

As the main escalation point for the IT Service Desk, you ll troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve problems quickly, and help keep IT operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer and maintain Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts, permissions, and configurations.
• Manage mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, routers, switches, and firewalls (on-premises and cloud).
• Collaborate with corporate and franchise teams to resolve escalated IT issues.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop/help desk support (Tier 2/3).
• 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace.
• 3+ years of experience with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android.
• 3+ years of experience with server and network administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Bash.
