iSphere is searching for a seasoned Project Manager (PMP-certified) who can steer a high-impact Budget Planning Tool implementation from kickoff to delivery. This isn t just about tracking tasks it s about bringing order, energy, and clarity to a project that spans multiple stakeholders and directly impacts enterprise-wide financial planning.

We re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wrangle competing priorities with a steady hand, and knows how to make sure projects finish on time, within scope, and under budget all while keeping sponsors and stakeholders confident that everything is on track.

What You ll Do

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across a large, complex organization.

  • Facilitate meetings, manage milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

  • Own risk and issue management, with strong escalation and contingency planning.

  • Track project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

  • Oversee SDLC artifacts and ensure business requirements flow cleanly into technical specs.

  • Keep sponsors, stakeholders, and teams aligned with clear communication and timely reporting.

  • Guide Agile ceremonies, manage sprints, and make sure timelines stick.

  • Champion collaboration, transparency, and project accountability.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years managing large-scale, complex IT implementations.

  • Proven ability to research, analyze, and solve difficult business and technical problems.

  • Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders and presenting project updates with confidence.

  • Experience facilitating Agile projects using feature-driven sprints.

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills you know how to set direction and keep momentum.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, high-energy environments where priorities can shift quickly.

Bonus Points

  • 5+ years implementing Agile methodologies for State of Texas Agencies.

  • Familiarity with state government processes and standards.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile best practices in public sector IT projects.

Must-Have

  • Active PMP Certification (must be listed on resume; proof may be requested).
