Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technical Team Lead Specialty Experienced for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Infrastructure Services clients in Scottsdale, AZ.
As a Tech lead, you will be the Scrum master to drive projects related to our client facing web application which our customers use to view monitor their financial advisor information. This primary responsibility of the application developer is to work with the company's end users to develop, modify and maintain web-based applications

Responsibilities :
- Work with Product Owner and Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into User Stories
- Analyze functional and business requirements
- Design, code, unit test, debug and document reusable source code that will retrieve/maintain data in our system
- Facilitate the Scrum process
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
- Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployments for technical solutions
- Maintain multiple versions of code via source control tools like Git.
- Work with Azure DevOps to organize product and sprint backlogs and to track development progress
- Develop and maintain functional, technical and end user documentation
- Share knowledge with others to improve skills and enhance the development environment
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in computer / mechanical / electrical engineering or related field preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Follows Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps Server 2020+
- Experience using GIT
- Knowledge of building applications by adopting DevOps practices such as CI(Continuous Integration) & CD (Continuous Deployment)
- Writes secure, performant, scalable, and testable high-quality application, and database code
- Ability to analyze complex problems and identify appropriate solutions
- Good written and verbal communication to development peers
- Follows Architecture/Design of Application, Technical/Non-functional User Stories, Code and Quality Reviews
- Follows Enterprise guidelines and standards
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
