Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to align Salesforce functionality with key business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
- Collaborate with admins, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives and support both onshore and offshore development teams
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and ensure unit test coverage
- Evaluate and implement AppExchange tools and third-party integrations
- Follow coding standards and participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a large-scale environment (1500+ users)
- Strong Genesys experience
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce Data Loader
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and administration
- Experience with system integrations, deployment processes (Metadata API, change sets, ANT), and agile development
- Solid foundation in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP)
Preferred Certifications & Skills:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Knowledge, Ideas, and enterprise integrations
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused
