Location: NJ-Camden, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As an Adobe Workfront Analyst, you will join Turnberry's luxury e-commerce brand: New Elevation. New Elevation consultants deliver commerce strategy, scope, and planning with insightful execution and commerce optimization.

Responsibilities:

Assess Adobe Workfront usage among creative and marketing teams, including workflows, proofing processes, and user engagement

Identify primary users, their roles, and frequency of platform interactions to inform transition planning

Understand existing proofing flow in Workfront and test alternative solutions on other platforms

Develop recommendations for migrating from Adobe Workfront to Monday.com or other tools, considering integration needs for proofing

Provide insights on consolidating marketing platforms and optimizing technology stack for scalability

Work closely with marketing, creative teams, and technology leads to align requirements and ensure smooth adoption

Support onboarding of approximately 60-80 new users during platform transition

Advise on integration options, plug-ins, and workflow adjustments to maintain functionality during and after migration

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role supporting marketing technology platforms and workflow optimization

Expertise in Adobe Workfront (must-have), including deep understanding of workflows, proofing processes, and user engagement

Proven ability to analyze platform usage, identify key personas, and document interaction patterns to inform transition strategies.

Experience in platform migration projects, including evaluating alternative solutions (e.g., Monday.com) and integration requirements for proofing and workflow continuity

Strong background in tool rationalization and technology stack optimization within marketing or creative environments

Ability to support onboarding and change management for large user groups (60-80 users) during platform transitions

Technical proficiency in integration options, plug-ins, and workflow adjustments to maintain functionality during and after migration

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
