Job Description
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- 7+ years of experience with AEM platforms, including 3+ years specifically on AEM 6.5.
- Proven stakeholder-facing experience, particularly with non-technical users in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AEM 6.5 Sites and Assets, including authoring interfaces, workflows, permissions, templates, and tagging.
- Ability to translate complex business language into clear technical requirements and vice versa.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Solid knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation and knowledge bases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AEM 6.5 implementation and enhancement projects, from requirements gathering through production rollout.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (EPMs, TPMs, BAs, product owners, content authors, marketers) and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed AEM technical specifications and collaborate with developers to deliver solutions.
- Provide ongoing daily support to non-technical users by triaging issues, answering authoring questions, and guiding content teams.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials, documentation, and authoring guides for AEM users.
- Conduct 1:1 and group training sessions to onboard new users and ensure consistent content management practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups; manage project delivery timelines.
- Ensure governance and proper configuration of AEM components, templates, workflows, metadata, and tagging frameworks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on AEM 6.5 authoring features, platform capabilities, and best practices.
