Job Details

Job Title: System Analyst
Job Location: Hybrid Lansing, MI (Onsite 2 days/week; must be within 2 hours of Lansing)
Interview Type: In-person Only
Job Description:
  • Install and configure system and application components on Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Administer and support COTS and SaaS applications.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Research, present, and implement recommended solutions for system improvements or new initiatives.
  • Ensure application and infrastructure security compliance with Federal, State, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Create architecture diagrams and remediate vulnerabilities as needed.
Skill Matrix: Minimum 5 7 Years of Experience:
System & Application Administration:
  • Windows Server (2016+), RHEL 7.0+, IIS, Tomcat
  • Application and server support on hybrid environments

Tools & Technologies Expertise:

  • Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
  • MS SQL Management Studio, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, XML, Visio
  • Monitoring/Debug tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
  • SSO Protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
  • LAN/WAN networking, Firewalls, IoT
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Application architecture, system diagramming
  • Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and vulnerability remediation
Minimum 3 5 Years of Experience:
  • Application deployment and configuration in Azure Cloud
  • Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC)
