We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Technician to assist with hardware and technical operations out of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This is a technical support role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working in dynamic environments.

We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Technician to assist with hardware and technical operations out of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This is a technical support role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for kiosk hardware
- Respond to service desk inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in real time
- Deliver excellent customer service to event staff and attendees
- Work during high-attendance racing days, including blackout periods
Required Skills:
- Help desk and service desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Customer service and support mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Preferred Attributes:
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven settings
- Reliable and punctual, especially during peak event periods
