- In this role, the Engineer will work on a variety of problems and be responsible for solving problems in all phases of the software development lifecycle for delivering code to other internal teams.
- These teams develop software and architecture for making equipment autonomous.
- The position requires candidates to be familiar with programming languages, techniques, methods, and architectures in order to effectively and efficiently solve complex software issues pertaining to complex equipment and products.
- The position can train on certain aspects of programming such as LabVIEW, C++, Python, etc.
- The Engineer won't know what programming languages they are working in until they understand the problem needed to be solved and until the Engineer researches existing architecture and then decides how to move forward.
- The Engineer will investigate, evaluate and develop code to solve a given problem...and then test their code to ensure what they are delivering is not riddled with bugs.
