Education:
Must have a Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited U.S. university (or equivalent experience).

Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Java development, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing engineering teams or projects
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and deploying solutions on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, EKS)
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience is highly desirable (Cloud Functions, BigQuery)
- Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and scalable microservices architecture
- Proven track record in cloud migrations, system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform
- Solid understanding of API design (REST / GraphQL)
- Knowledge of messaging and caching systems (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a strong advantage
