Position: Project Manager
Location : Harrisburg PA Onsite

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives using established project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, accurate status reports.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Support quality assurance activities and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Conduct project post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience in IT, software development, or enterprise system implementations.
Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
