Application Report Developer

Client is seeking a Developer who is an expert in CoStar - an application that manages real estate and leases.

* This role involves providing technical expertise to develop reports in CoStar Application.
* Key responsibilities include implementation of report suite, developing customized reports for specific business needs, updating reports as necessary to ensure accuracy.
* Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and report management.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CoStar application.
* Create or setup new transaction types within the application.
