Job Details

Role : UX Research Consultant

Location : Remote (EST/CST time zone only)

What You Will Do:

  • Lead or support primary researchusing mixed research methods such as interviews, surveys, and secondary research.
    Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, compelling, and actionable deliverables for both internal and client audiences.
    Collaborate with team members to design research plans, guide interviews, and summarize key insights.
    Design surveys and analyze results, with experience using tools like Qualtrics.
    Engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and C-suite clients.
    Support publication of blog posts, white papers, and thought leadership grounded in primary research.
    Adapt messaging and presentation styles for a variety of audiences.

Required Skills:

  • Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative research
    Experience analyzing survey data using statistical methods.
    Strong writing and communication skills, with an ability to create executive-ready deliverables.
    Solid proficiency in tools like R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
    Extremely knowledgeable of UX designs and practices
    Comfortable running usability tests
    Able to act as a research/user advocate from both the UX and design perspective
