Hardware Asset Manager

Pay Range:$65.00-$74.27/Hrs

Description
Oversee and manage the IT hardware asset portfolio within the Enterprise Network Services team.
Ensure integrity of real-time inventory data across multiple warehouse and data center locations.
Engage in strategic planning, governance, and optimization of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Facilitate effective management of IT assets through process improvement and tracking.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless hardware delivery and inventory management.
Work on-site three days per week in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound logistics, inventory control, and inventory analysis.
Document inventory accurately and correct errors within systems and reports.
Execute inventory transactions and update systems for both internal and third-party vendors.
Develop business insights from inventory analysis and communicate findings to management.
Reconcile inventory and stock levels, identifying shortages and ensuring adequate stock.
Liaise with vendors on hardware delivery statuses.

Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in an inventory control role within Supply Chain or financial institutions.
Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process skills.
Proficient in general office software and data analysis tools.
Understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
