Location Onsite at Sunnyvale California (Silicon Valley) 


Ticketing System is ServiceNow. Handling call escalations from Tier 1 to Tier 2. Standard working hours, M-F, 8 hours a day supporting PST. Phone, email and chat support. Technical Support, 2+ years, Is Required
Written Communication, 2-5 years, Is Required
Mac OS X, 2-5 years, Is Required
Time Management, 2-5 years, Is Required
Communication Skill, 2-5 years, Is Required
