You ll help ensure compensation practices are fair, compliant, and in line with market standards. From evaluating jobs to maintaining data integrity in HR systems, your work will support critical pay decisions across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing

  • Support annual merit and bonus processes

  • Maintain salary structures and job codes in SuccessFactors

  • Create and analyze job descriptions and compensation reports

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in compensation

  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on leveling and job design

  • Participate in compensation surveys and support policy documentation


Success Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness in market pricing analyses

  • Integrity of job codes and compensation data in HRIS

  • Stakeholder satisfaction with compensation reporting and offer support

  • On-time delivery of reports and compensation cycle support


Who You Are
You have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong eye for detail. You re Excel-savvy, know your way around HR systems like SuccessFactors, and can confidently handle sensitive data. You re collaborative, organized, and motivated to grow in the compensation space.
