Ensure regulatory compliance in compensation
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on leveling and job design
Participate in compensation surveys and support policy documentation

Who You Are
You have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong eye for detail. You re Excel-savvy, know your way around HR systems like SuccessFactors, and can confidently handle sensitive data. You re collaborative, organized, and motivated to grow in the compensation space.
