Position Overview:
A Virtual HR Specialist manages a company's HR functions remotely, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and HR administration. This role requires strong communication skills, HR expertise, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes remotely.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and company goals.
Training & Development: Coordinate virtual training sessions and support employee development initiatives.
Performance Management: Support performance review processes and employee feedback systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR or related field.
