JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Title: AWS Bedrock Automation Specialist - C2
Location: Malvern, PA
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Note AWS Bedrock hands on development experience is a must POC and demo experience will not work.
- We are seeking a skilled AWS Bedrock Automation Specialist to join our team.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to use AWS Bedrock to create support agents and automations to manage our current AEM platform and address user issues.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the environment and setup, as well as experience in building and deploying solutions using AWS Bedrock.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement support agents and automations using AWS Bedrock to enhance the functionality of our AEM platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the AEM platform.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and RAG pipeline
- Experience in building Agentic Generative AI applications
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models from AWS Bedrock for various use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the AEM platform.
- Maintain and optimize the existing environment to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of AEM platform and its environment/setup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance.
- Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in developing and deploying support agents.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices in maintaining and optimizing digital environments.
