Job Title: Oracle Cloud CRM Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

CRM Administration
  • Configure and maintain CRM settings, user profiles, dashboards, workflows, message templates, surveys, campaigns, databases, and permissions.
  • Assist in testing and verification for internal custom code and vendor software releases, patches, and add-ons.
  • Collaborate with Contact Center and Business Analyst teams to identify operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, developers, DBAs, and system administrators to ensure CRM system availability and execute business continuity plan testing.
  • Manage data integrity including imports, migrations, integrations, and data cleanup.
  • Provide application administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for IT applications and systems (including change control, code migration, application security, performance, and availability).
  • Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within the Oracle Service Cloud suite.
Project Coordination
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams.
  • Maintain project documentation such as BRDs, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of related experience in CRM administration (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • 1 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
Preferred Qualification:

Prior public sector experience.

Proven experience with CRM administration and administering CRM systems such as Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar. Required 3 Years
Project management or project coordination experience is a must. Required 2 Years
HTML, CSS and Javascript experience. Required Years
