  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Partner with DevOps and infrastructure teams for cloud hosting (Azure PaaS/IaaS) and deployment pipelines.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) are met.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Expertise:
    • 8+ years of experience in .NET/C# development.
    • 6+ years working with Sitecore CMS, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
    • Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x and 10.x, including SXA, JSS, and Headless implementations.
    • Strong knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub, personalization, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Architecture & Integration:
    • Proficiency in designing multi-site, multilingual, and enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions.
    • Strong integration experience with third-party APIs, CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), DAM, ERP, and other platforms.
    • Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Kubernetes, Functions, Cosmos DB, CDN, etc.).
    • Knowledge of microservices and headless architecture patterns.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
  • Other Desirable Skills:
    • Experience with Sitecore Certifications (Developer, Architect, Content Hub) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue) for headless Sitecore implementations.
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
