Job Details
We're staffing a team of three (3) Field Support Techs. This team will support the preparation, imaging, and deployment of assets to newly acquired business unit. This team will also support the physical set-up and configuration/go live of assets for approximately 700 users across multiple markets. All field technicians will travel to in-market locations as needed. All expenses are prepaid by our client.
Field Tech Technical Requirements:
- Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Windows 10 environment.
- Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Microsoft 365 suite of products
- Experiences supporting SCCM or Autopilot preferred but not required.
- Experience installing Print Logix and 4UPrint
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Excellent customer service and people skills, both remote and in-person
- Ability to travel to 3-4 locations up to 5 business days including weekends
