This entire group s job is to make sure that their internal websites and servers run smoothly and stay online. This person would be leading discussions between these team members and the business. If they don t have that experience, they are not qualified for this position.
Agile Product Owner (supporting critical system performance)
ONSITE IN MEMPHIS, TN (Interviewing candidates in Memphis first. If not in Memphis, they must be willing to relocate day one)
24 month contract
Requirement:
- 9+ years as a Product Owner in reliability-focused environments, prioritizing backlog items to enhance system resilience, performance, and automation while aligning with uptime, scalability, and SLOs.
- 9+ years managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- 3+ years using Product & Analytics Tools, including Jira for backlog management, Confluence for documentation, and Tableau for data visualization.
- 3+ years leading discussions with development teams utilizing these technologies: APIs, SQL databases, and cloud technologies.
- 9+ years of experience with Product Release & Deployment, overseeing end-to-end release cycles, UAT, deployment, post-release monitoring, and ensure QA compliance.
- 7+ years creating business cases, maintaining technical documentation, and documenting system behaviors and integrations.
- 9+ years of Stakeholder Management & Communication experience serving as the liaison between business, customers, and technical teams, translating needs into development tasks.
- 9+ years with Agile Frameworks & Sprint Execution, planning and executing sprint goals, participating in stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and remove roadblocks.
