- Lead & Inspire - Supervise 4 Maintenance Supervisors, 3-4 Electricians, and 32 Mechanics in a dynamic production setting.
- Maximize Efficiency - Reduce mechanical downtime, optimize workflow, and ensure seamless product flow.
- Strategic Leadership - Assign and oversee maintenance scheduling to keep plant operations at peak performance.
- Safety First - Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive Compensation - Earn $80K-$95K. Bonuses & relocation assistance available!
- Shift Stability - Work 4 PM - 2 AM CDT, ensuring top-tier maintenance support during crucial hours.
