Job Title: Oracle Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant
Location: Remote, USA
Type: Contract
Job Description:
Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module. Works closely with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of benefits functionality. Provides expertise in plan configuration, eligibility, rates, enrollment, life events, and integration with payroll and third-party vendors. Supports testing, training, and post-go-live activities.
