Mechanical Design, Agriculture, Mining equipment, off highway vehicle, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, Machine design calculations, Solid Works, 3DX experience, PDM, PLM

Management experience:

Heavy vehicle/construction equipment manufacturing domains only.

Core mechanical experience

9+ years experience

• Should have handled team of 8-10 engineers
• should have worked in a multi-cultural and global work environment
• Should have growth oriented and positive mindset
• should have worked in a engineering service industry or equivalent industry
• should have been a client face and responsible for driving the engagement.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, requirement understanding skill is must.
• should have proven track record of expanding business while being at client end
• should be good in networking, fetching new avenues of business and managing escalations

Technical Experience:

• Strong experience in Mechanical design using Solid works [Mandatory].
• 3D model reading, Handling complex assemblies, Drawings reading [Mandatory]
• PDM, PLM environment experience, 3D modeling, drawing creation, ECN/ECR awareness
• Knowledge of off-highway domain vehicles e.g. forestory, agriculture, EV shall be preferred, automotive domain & sub-systems knowledge shall be acceptable.
• Experience with concept modelling, New product development is advantage.

Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or similar associated discipline
