Job Details
Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst- Health Cloud
Location: Tarrytown, NY (Hybrid)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Salesforce and Health Cloud implementation
- Should have domain knowledge of Pharma and specially in Patient Services
- Should be an excellent communicator and presenter
- Ability to work with business and run discovery sessions independently, understand the business requirements and define process flows, wireframes, etc.
- Document all business requirements in JIRA and participate in story grooming and explain requirements to Dev and QA teams
- Should be technically sound with integration terminology and data exchange format like JSON
- Responsible to review applications to ensure the application is developed based on business expectation and demo application after each Sprint, requirement gathering
- Should be familiar with Agile ways of working
- Responsible for documenting the Business Simulation Testing (informal UAT) scripts which happens prior to UAT execution
- Should have knowledge of Salesforce and will be responsible to perform data setup before testing and conduct BST and UAT execution with business
- Expert level of knowledge is expected on tools like MS Visio, Draw.io, Excel, Power Point, Word and Confluence
