Software Engineer with strong IVR development and .NET experience
Dallas, TX (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support IVR solutions and voice applications for customer service and financial operations.
- Build and maintain .NET-based backend services and integrations to support IVR and telephony workflows.
- Develop call flows, routing logic, and automation scripts using IVR platforms and APIs.
- Integrate IVR systems with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or in-house platforms) and third-party APIs.
- Optimize performance and ensure high availability and security of voice and contact center applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, and QA to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in .NET (C#, , Web API).
- Hands-on experience developing or supporting IVR or telephony solutions (e.g., Five9, Genesys, Avaya, or similar).
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and call routing principles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Five9 platform or other cloud contact center technologies (CCaaS).
- Familiarity with financial domain applications and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2, GLBA).
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud environments.
- Experience automating deployment or monitoring for voice applications.
