RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems
* Support automation, special projects and rework claim inquiries that come into the plan
* Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
* Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation
First Day:
* IT setup - getting system accesses/acclamation
* Meet & greet with team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with data dashboards and data analytics
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Strong root cause analysis experience
* Experience working as a high level Senior Claims Analyst, Examiner, Auditor, Business Analyst, etc.
* High level Excel experience
* Experience with reporting, root cause analysis, auditing
* Heavy background in claims
* Understand virtual remote training
* Cross-trainable
* AMISYS experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
