Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Change Management / Training Consultant to support a short-term engagement with a public sector client. This consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption and integration of PeopleSoft modules by leading change management initiatives and delivering comprehensive training programs.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PeopleSoft functional modules, particularly in change management and training, and possess experience working in government or public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert functional support in PeopleSoft Change Management and Training modules.
  • Assess and advise on the integration of these modules with other PeopleSoft functionalities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to:
  • Identify training needs
  • Develop training materials
  • Deliver engaging and effective end-user training sessions
  • Lead and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and resistance points and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support knowledge transfer and build capacity for long-term solution sustainability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft functional modules.
  • Proven expertise in PeopleSoft Change Management and Training.
  • Hands-on experience in government or public sector PeopleSoft implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft module integration and business processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting state or federal government PeopleSoft projects.
  • Familiarity with public sector compliance, reporting standards, and operational structures.
