Project Manager/Project Engineer - Custom Doors & Windows

Project Manager / Project Engineer

Position Overview
We are a designer and manufacturer of custom doors and windows for luxury homes and are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee and manage high-end residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ yrs project management / project engineering experience
  • Experience working within the high-end residential or commercial construction sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with architects and contractors.
  • Experience in the luxury fenestration industry and / or glass installation is a HUGE plus.
