Job Description -
JOB TITLE : Successfactor Technical Configurtion Specialist
Remote!
They must have Talent Management, Configuration, Intelligence Hub. They should be a Technical Consultants, not functional
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules, specifically Succession Planning and Intelligence Hub
- Strong experience in technical configuration (e.g., XML templates, business rules, role-based permissions, MDF, workflows)
- Solid understanding of HR data structures and Talent Management business processes
- Experience with People Analytics / Report Canvas / Story reports in SuccessFactors
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver scalable configuration solutions
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession or People Analytics / Workforce Analytics
- Experience with Integration Center, SAP BTP, or third-party tools for reporting or integration
- Previous involvement in global implementations or support environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Intelligence Hub modules
- Execute system changes for role-based permissions, picklists, MDF objects, and workflows
- Work with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective configuration
- Build and maintain calibration templates, nomination methods, and succession data models
- Customize dashboards, metrics, and insights using People Analytics / Intelligence Hub
- Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and post-deployment support
- Prepare technical documentation for configuration changes and system architecture
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with governance and data standards
- Support regular updates/releases and regression testing
