Position Title: SAP S/4 HANA Analyst BRIM
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 12-36+ Month Project
Note: Hybrid work environment is expected to be primarily remote off-site; however, this position will require on-site reporting during key phases of the project, and/or as required.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Analyst BRIM to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department. The PTC is engaging in an exciting and innovative technology solution to support their customer engagements; the solution is called the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS). UBOS is an advanced back-office system that, when developed and deployed, will allow customers to engage with the PTC to address all their business needs, via a multitude of channels (web, mobile app, chatbot, chat, IVR, phone, social media, etc.). PTC is dedicated to transforming the customer engagement businesses through innovative technology and strategic insights. - Lead workshops to gather, and document, requirements for the new billing and revenue system, including developing an Agile product backlog, creating service blueprints, end-to-end flows, features, user stories, development tasks, test scenarios & scripts, and Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFs), and introducing new end-to-end business processes for Order-to-Cash with the new system.
- Act as client liaison for development and testing of all billing user stories throughout development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and hypercare.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for implementation-specific processes and procedures.
- Lead the testing of assigned functional systems, including performing system integration testing, supporting user acceptance testing, creating user readiness documentation, leading workshops for user training as assigned, and designing and performing integration testing for business process transformation from legacy systems.
- Create business process documentation as required.
- Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare phases post go-live.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolutions for defects related to system and data issues.
- Support billing validation analysis to ensure accurate data migration/conversions.
- Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.
- Fully document all work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans and scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, and any other documentation as required by the PTC, following the format/templates instructed by the PTC.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.
- Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and duties.
- Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
- Perform tasks and other duties related to this position and role as assigned by the PTC.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ Year Degree in business management or information systems
- 15+ Years: Experience and expertise in Billing and SAP BRIM on various implementation projects
- SAP-BRIM systems expert specializing in high volume consumption-based billing with expertise in end-to-end implementations
- Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation, identifying areas for improvement
- Experience with Leading workshops to document requirements and write functional specifications on multiple SAP-BRIM/FICA implementation projects, including SOM, CI, CM, CC, and FICA
- Experience with Managing Order-to-Cash workstreams, ensuring teams stay on track and within budget
- Hands-on configuration experience for pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing functions of SAP-BRIM CC, CM, CI
- Hands-on configuration experience of dunning and collection methodologies of SAP-FICA
- Designing and configuring automation test processes for SAP-BRIM implementation.
- Understanding complex B2B contracts and how they are represented in configurable billing/financial systems
- Experience with Agile Project methodologies and traditional waterfall project methodologies
- Real-world experience managing Global Billing operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ADO Testing Module
- Additional beneficial skills include Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
- Additional beneficial skills include ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
