Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our manufacturing and office environments.

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our manufacturing and office environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other manufacturing-related equipment.
- Support the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the manufacturing ERP system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; perform necessary repairs and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Implement and maintain security measures such as access controls, backups, and firewalls to safeguard company systems and data.
- Create and maintain accurate IT documentation, including user guides, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage IT onboarding for new employees, including account setup, device provisioning, and system access.
- Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring timely upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management.
- Assist with secure offboarding processes, including equipment retrieval and deactivation of accounts and access rights.
- Generate and maintain IT reports for management, providing insights into system performance, asset utilization, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft System Management Server (MSMS).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate (6+ months).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and manufacturing IT environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
