IT Support Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations across our manufacturing and office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other manufacturing-related equipment.
• Support the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the manufacturing ERP system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; perform necessary repairs and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as access controls, backups, and firewalls to safeguard company systems and data.
• Create and maintain accurate IT documentation, including user guides, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage IT onboarding for new employees, including account setup, device provisioning, and system access.
• Track and maintain IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring timely upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management.
• Assist with secure offboarding processes, including equipment retrieval and deactivation of accounts and access rights.
• Generate and maintain IT reports for management, providing insights into system performance, asset utilization, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft System Management Server (MSMS).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate (6+ months).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and manufacturing IT environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $35.00/hr.
