Uat Analyst - 100% Remote (East Coast Hours)
UAT experience in the Ecommerce domain
Must have large project experience
Client is engaging in a global digital transformation focused on eCommerce capabilities. As part of this effort they are looking to bring on a team of business-oriented analysts focused on UAT for the new Global Ecommerce Platform. The UAT team will be focused on working with SMEs across the company to document and facilitate both Functional and End to End User Acceptance Testing of the new platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Professional experience partnering with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Responsible for writing manual test cases covering: Positive, Negative and End-to-End scenarios.
- Develop and support acceptance of test-driven test scripts and data needs that align to end business processes
- Responsible to create corresponding test data for each test case
- Create regression test cases for business process flows
- Perform a thorough analysis of requirements specifications and design documents using structured techniques to identify testable conditions
- Consider and outline edge case scenarios worth testing
- Identify issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Determine escalation priorities to UAT Manager
- Actively drives communication and testing remediation
- Ensures traceability between requirements, features, user stories, test plans and outcomes
- Represents the customer by focusing on end-user perspective during UAT
- Participates and/or Leads Demos
- Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology
- Participates in meetings (Daily Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Scrum) to clarify user stories and changes
- Report UAT test results to UAT Manager
- Experience testing and creating data with 3rd party platforms such as ratings and reviews, live chat, etc a plus
- UAT experience in the E-commerce domain
- SAP CCv2 or Sitecore CMS experience a plus
- Good to have Experience in the Medical/Dental domain
