IT Field Technician

The IT Field Technician role involves providing both remote and on-site technical support for Coldwell Banker employees and sales agents across the U.S., including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. The position requires hands-on experience with hardware configurations, data migrations, and telecommunication systems, leveraging 5-10 years of technical expertise. This contract role offers potential for full-time employment, with responsibilities focused on ensuring seamless IT operations in a hybrid work environment.

1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees and sales agents both remotely and on-site.

2. Configure, upgrade, and maintain workstations, including data migrations, re-imaging computers, and supporting telecommunication systems.

3. Lead and coordinate technical support efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective user support across multiple locations.

1. 5-10 years of experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

2. Proven ability to configure and maintain workstations, network systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.

3. Relevant certifications or an advanced degree in Information Technology or related fields.

2. Excellent communication and customer service abilities to support users effectively.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
