Job Details

Position : SAP Change Management Lead
Location : Houston TX Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Change Management strategy and roadmap for SAP programs (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, cloud migrations, etc.).

  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments across functions.

  • Create and implement communication, training, and adoption plans to ensure smooth transition.

  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and functional consultants to align change efforts with overall program objectives.

  • Define and monitor KPIs for change adoption and user readiness.

  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs, job aids, and support materials.

  • Manage resistance to change through proactive engagement and effective communication.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on change enablement and user adoption strategies.

  • Support cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization from a change and adoption perspective.

  • Provide regular status reporting on change management activities and effectiveness.
