What You'll Do: As a Treasury Management Complex Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing and supporting complex treasury management solutions for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and, for certain products, ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Complex Implementations Related to Specific Products:
- Liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of various treasury management products and services
- Manage implementation projects for complex products via planning, scheduling and tracking progress to ensure projects stay on the various SLA schedules
- Assist with and/or conduct trainings on specific complex implementation products
- Proactively manage/check-in on new implementations for 30 days after completion
- Assist in resolving technical issues using resources/contacts within the bank
Client & Banker Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Keep relationship managers updated on the implementation's progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to the implementation in a timely and effective manner.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of treasury management products, services, and industry trends.
- Stay current on competitor offerings and provide market and competitor feedback to the Head of Treasury Management and Product.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices in treasury management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of training material and educate bankers the implementation process
- Recognize and refer cross sell opportunities back to the bank and/or TMSO
What Do You Need?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- At least 5 years of treasury management experience, preferably in implementation, product or sales
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services and deposit products
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired
Technology Skills:
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications
