Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Testing: Design, execute, and document comprehensive test cases to validate ERP functionality, performance, and business workflows.

  • Test Planning: Develop structured test plans covering integrations, configurations, and end-to-end business scenarios.

  • Logistics Testing: Perform manual validation of Forward and Reverse Logistics flows to ensure accuracy and reliability of ERP operations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into effective test strategies and report defects with clarity.

  • Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and support timely resolutions.

  • Data Validation: Use SQL queries for test data setup, validation, and verification as part of structured test cycles.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of QA/testing experience, with a strong emphasis on manual testing of complex workflows, integrations, and business processes.

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and test cycle execution.

  • ERP testing experience (JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar) is a plus but not required candidates must be willing and able to test ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with ERP logistics processes, including Forward and Reverse Logistics, is a nice to have.

  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for test data validation and analysis.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in software testing or ERP systems are a plus, but not required.
