Position Summary
Client is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the CMC Integration team within Operations Product Advancement in Process Development.

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for integrating Process Development (PD) activities by developing and maintaining project schedules for Client s pipeline projects. The primary focus will be supporting programs in the Pivotal, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial phases, working closely with Operations Leaders and Product Delivery Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional teams within Process Development across all modalities (Biologics and Synthetics) as needed.

  • Partner with technical leads to identify key deliverables, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute project plans.

  • Proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.

  • Partner with key Product Delivery Team stakeholders to understand Clinical Development Plans and strategies to ensure alignment with toxicology, clinical, and commercial targets.

  • Draft and adjust project timeline scenarios across multiple development paradigms to inform portfolio decisions.

  • Ensure active, aligned communication across teams and during management reviews and governance meetings.

  • Leverage technical expertise, leadership skills, and interpersonal effectiveness to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Support Process Development in driving decision-making and effective communication.

  • Establish and manage collaboration and team sites; track deliverables and maintain repositories for all Process Development outputs.

  • Oversee project reporting, including risk analysis.

  • Partner with Business Analysis and Performance teams to report product metrics.

  • Facilitate lessons learned and share best practices across teams.

  • Support business process improvements in collaboration with the Commercialization Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s degree with 6 years of project management experience, or Bachelor s degree with 8 years of experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industry; direct CMC experience highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with standard project management tools and practices; experience using MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint preferred.
