Location: Midwestern United States (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:TBD

Description
* Provide IT support in a professional setting
* Administer identity management services
* Support internal staff with 1st and 2nd Tier computer issues
* Deploy and manage computers for staff
* Assist with public-facing applications for various programs
* Work with conference room technology
* Previous government experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting
* Manage user identities and access permissions
* Maintain and deploy computer systems
* Support telephony and conference room technologies
* Verify confidential account credentials

Qualifications
* 3 years of IT support experience in a professional setting
* 3 years of experience with office productivity software
* 3 years of experience in identity management administration
