Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document business and functional requirements
- Create UI mockups, wireframes, storyboards, and workflows
- Support SDLC activities including analysis, testing, UAT, training, and production support
- Collaborate with technical teams to define technical requirements
- Create user guides and train end users
- Perform limited project management activities as needed
- 6 8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with structured SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio
- Hands-on experience with UI design
- Experience with testing, training, and user support
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
- Experience gathering requirements via interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation
- Strong documentation skills (use cases, business rules, system flows, interfaces)
- Customer Service / Helpdesk experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- Accredited IT, Business, or related education may substitute for experience (as per guidelines)
- IT certifications may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
- Prior experience as BA, QA Analyst, or Associate PM may fully substitute required experience
