Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document business and functional requirements
  • Create UI mockups, wireframes, storyboards, and workflows
  • Support SDLC activities including analysis, testing, UAT, training, and production support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define technical requirements
  • Create user guides and train end users
  • Perform limited project management activities as needed
Required Experience
  • 6 8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
  • Strong experience with structured SDLC methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio
  • Hands-on experience with UI design
  • Experience with testing, training, and user support
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
  • Experience gathering requirements via interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation
  • Strong documentation skills (use cases, business rules, system flows, interfaces)
  • Customer Service / Helpdesk experience
Education & Substitution Criteria
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent
  • Accredited IT, Business, or related education may substitute for experience (as per guidelines)
  • IT certifications may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
  • Prior experience as BA, QA Analyst, or Associate PM may fully substitute required experience
