Job Details

Job Title: Solution Architect - ARAS PLM
Location: Raymond, Ohio (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Aras PLM Support Engineer to provide L3 support and continuous improvement for the Ahead (Aras) platform. This role involves troubleshooting complex production issues, implementing enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining development environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 3 support to end users for applications running on the Ahead (Aras Innovator) PLM platform
  • Analyze production incidents and provide both temporary workarounds and permanent solutions
  • Configure Aras OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) capabilities to address new business requirements
  • Gather business requirements and deliver monthly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) enhancements for North America applications
  • Perform validation and functional testing of monthly releases before deployment
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams (Honda, HCL) and external vendor (ARAS) to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution
  • Build, install, and configure Aras Innovator PLM software on development environments (NA dev machines)


Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Aras Innovator PLM system administration and support
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills in production environments
  • Experience with configuration and customization of Aras applications
  • Familiarity with monthly release management, including validation and deployment activities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across vendors and internal teams
