Title: Workday HCM/Security Analyst near-shore
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Target Start Date: December 1, 2025
Type: Project 9m-12m

Role Overview
The Workday HCM/Security Analyst supports the HCM/Security Functional Lead by executing configuration and testing tasks in Core HCM and Security. They create security groups, assign user access, and configure elements of Core HCM business processes. This role is hands-on in ensuring data integrity, secure role assignments, and smooth transaction workflows. The analyst helps ensure the foundation of Workday is both secure and operationally effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure supervisory organizations, roles, and security groups.
  • Maintain user access and validate permissions.
  • Support configuration of hires, terminations, and job change workflows.
  • Assist with security and Core HCM testing cycles.
  • Document updates and troubleshoot access issues.

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • 1-3 years HRIS or HR operations experience; Workday exposure preferred.
  • Familiarity with HCM processes and system security.
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under guidance of a Functional Lead.
  • Strong written documentation skills.
