Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Security Lead
Locations: Duluth, GA or Irving, TX
Able to go onsite 2-3 days a week at one of these locations
Duration: Contract to Hire
Experience with Risk Management, Segregation of Duties (SOD) and SOX Compliance is a must. This is a 6 months contract to hire a role.
Must Have:
- Strong Oracle Fusion SCM experience
- Experience with Security related aspects within Oracle modules
- Perfect communication skills.
Job Description:
We re looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Security Lead to take ownership of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions and ensure their stability, scalability, and security. This role blends functional expertise across Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Logistics) with hands-on security design and compliance management. You ll partner with IT, business process owners, and security teams to lead implementations, streamline access controls, and maintain a secure and efficient Oracle Cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations and enhancements across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Act as the go-to expert for SCM functionality, integrations, and best practices.
- Support system testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities.
- Design and manage SCM Cloud security roles, access models, and permissions.
- Define and enforce segregation of duties (SoD) and other compliance controls.
- Create governance frameworks for access management and periodic reviews.
- Partner with IT Security on Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), SSO, and OCI integration.
- Prepare audit materials and assist with security reporting and remediation plans.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle SCM, including 3 5 years working in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Strong background in Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
- Proven understanding of Oracle Cloud Security, RBAC, and SoD compliance.
- Hands-on experience configuring roles, privileges, and data access sets in SCM Cloud.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
