Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer to lead the technical design and development of a strategic integration between the ServiceNow platform and Dell TechDirect. This role will serve as the lead technical consultant, responsible for architecting scalable solutions, guiding implementation, and ensuring seamless data exchange between platforms. The Client TechDirect APIs in scope are Asset Warranty, Support/Case Mgmt., and Self-dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow integrations with Dell TechDirect.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Dell technical teams to gather requirements and define integration specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integration components using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance bottlenecks and data mismatches.
  • Document integration architecture, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews."

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on integrations.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Dell TechDirect APIs and integration patterns (or similar OEM support platforms).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Dell TechDirect workflows and support processes.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or IntegrationHub.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and data governance principles.
  • Experience working with Government / DoD or in the Energy sector.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
