Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and understand content requirements.
- Effectively organize and structure information within the SharePoint platform.
- Develop a taxonomy for streamlined content management and migration processes.
- Map existing content to new SharePoint components, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations on content strategy best practices.
Skills
- Proven track record as a content strategist with specific experience in SharePoint.
- Strong grasp of information architecture and content management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with legacy SharePoint components and custom web parts.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of content migration processes and tools.
- Capability to create engaging content and documentation.
