Job Details

Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Onboarding 2.0 EC Mini Master) to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical and functional lead for the Onboarding 2.0 implementation using EC Mini Master.
  • Lead architecture design sessions and define the end-to-end solution blueprint, including integration with SAP HCM and external systems.
  • Ensure seamless migration of processes and functionalities from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0.
  • Provide expert guidance on EC Mini Master configuration, limitations, and workarounds.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure proper configuration of workflows, panels, business rules, and compliance forms.
  • Oversee the development of interfaces using SAP Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI), or other middleware.
  • Work with stakeholders to validate functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the creation of To-Be process flows, architecture diagrams, and test strategies.
  • Provide review and oversight on system testing, data migration, and UAT.
  • Ensure full alignment with the client s IT policies and security standards.
  • Participate in regular status meetings with project stakeholders and report progress to the client s Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations with SAP HCM and third-party platforms.
  • Deep understanding of EC Mini Master framework, data model, and constraints.
  • Proven experience transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
  • Familiarity with SAP Integration tools (SCI, PI/PO) and APIs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with hybrid project management models (Waterfall + Agile elements).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., OnBase) and analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik).
  • Knowledge of SAP People Analytics for reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience working on public sector or government-related projects.
