Job Description:

Our clients IT Elections Support Team has a requirement for an Elections IT Project Manager (PM) for several Election related projects. The projects will involve supporting the implementation of a statewide voter registration system that includes Voter Registration, Election Management, Election Night Reporting, Election Worker Management, Electronic Poll Book, and upgrades to those systems.

Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones:

Project Manager will be providing project management and supporting the implementation of a statewide voter registration system that includes Voter Registration, Election Management, Election Night Reporting, Election Worker Managment, Electronic Poll Book, and upgrades to those systems. This project also includes integrating all these components into a statewide solution.

Duties Include:

Documenting requirements (must be submitted to the vendor within one week of meeting the subject matter experts)

Create project schedules and timelines (this project has already started, adjustments to the schedule would need to be submitted to stakeholders within two days of adjustments being identified)

Creating and following communication plans

Inputting and tracking DevOps tickets

Vendor management and coordination

Mock election preparation and execution

Software development tracking (sprint release management)

Minimum Qualifications:

At least one years IT Project Management. At least one years experience in documenting requirements and creating project schedules and timelines. Minimum one years experience creating and following communication plans, working with multiple vendors to implement software, working in collaboration with other Project Manager to ensure project milestones are being met. At least six months of election experience. Must work onsite at our Las Vegas Office.

Preferred/Special Skills:

Minimum one years experience using Microsoft Office and being able to communicate and work with other Project Managers.
