Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead key strategic initiatives across our research institute and hospital enterprise. This role focuses on process improvement, change management, and systems implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, including scope, timelines, deliverables, communication, and training.
- Support PMO strategy and contribute to project improvement initiatives.
- Lead or support business analysis activities and RFP processes.
- Educate stakeholders on PMO processes and change management practices.
- Ensure documentation, risk management, and policy compliance across all projects.
- Use data-driven insights to track ROI, success metrics, and project effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and optimize resource utilization across initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or research environments.
- PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, BABOK, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
