The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce Field Service system. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce meets the business needs and goals of the organization. Responsibilities will include level 2 user support, data management, system configuration, and reporting. All aspects of user and license management.
What you will do:

  • Customize Salesforce to align with the organization's business processes. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Configure workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce automation tools.
  • Provide support to Salesforce users, addressing their questions and issues. Train new and existing users on Salesforce best practices and functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Manage data quality and integrity by deduplicating and cleaning data. Import, export, and manipulate data using data import tools. Monitor data storage limits and optimize data storage usage.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and business performance. Build custom report types and data views as needed. Schedule and automate report generation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications. Evaluate and implement new apps or plugins to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Manage and stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features. Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements. Perform routine maintenance tasks and monitor system performance.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Business or other relevant field required or 6-8 Years of additional relevant experience.

Experience

Salesforce Administration Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products required.

Licenses and Certifications

Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
